Our Development Planning Process is not one-size-fits all: it takes into account the unique culture and style of each organization, in order to make improvements that work for you.
This multi-part process brings together board, staff, and key stakeholders to identify the opportunities, challenges, issues, and needs facing your organization. The Development Planning Process has three deliverables:
- Organizational Assessment of strengths and weaknesses, including: financial situation, case for support, impact and outcome measurements, cultivation and fundraising activities, and organizational leadership.
- Environmental Analysis identifies opportunities and threats facing your organization; link findings to best practices and business and philanthropic trends.
- A three- to five-year Development Sustainability Plan engages board and staff to create long-term sustainability goals, work plans, and budgets.
